I think it will work this way. This has gotten wide coverage in newspapers, magazines, on TV and on radio. It is also the subject listed on several church signs around here as this Sunday's sermon, such as "Judgment Day - Not!"

As a result if we Christians at any point begin to talk about anything happening in todays world that points toward the End Times, we will be categorized as just another bunch like the May 21 crowd and dismissed as having any credibility.

I also suspect in the days ahead we will hear news stories of some of these people whose lives have turned tragic because of this as an example of any true belief being dangerous.

My even replying in this way could place me as some kind of fanatic in some people's opinion. I wouldn't be surprised if after this weekend this incident isn't used to try and silence us.

Hmmm? Now that you mention it, it does look like Darth Vader. I think this painting is on a panel in St. Peter's Basilica, although I am not positive. Maybe it is the shape of the wall that gives it that look.

some great info. on Mr. Camping there. We shall see shant we.. :). I beleive it's just another distraction of the enemy to get our attention on man instead of the Word of God..
